Turhania Fitts

Ms. Turhania Fitts brings more than 25 years of direct education experience as an administrator, teacher and mentor to students. She has worked in several non-profit organizations and has a bachelor’s degree in business management and is currently pursuing a Master’s in education from Indiana University, which she will complete this summer.

Ms. Fitts’ main goal as Crystal Dreams’ Program Director is to carry out the Foundation’s mission and ensure that every student is provided with the same resources and opportunities regardless of the student’s background or financial status. She enjoys helping students develop their interests and talents as well as collaborating with local small businesses. Ms. Fitts has a dynamic personality and a can-do attitude. The Foundation is proud to have her on board!
